This little house is very cute but a bit smaller and lighter than I thought. I a have a 20ish lb muscular Jack Russel and the stairs are a bit to small for him. He is able to jump on top of it as long as it is against something. I bought it as a cute thing to put in the back-yard that make it easier for him to jump up over our retaining wall to run around on our hill. It works for this purpose but has to be strategically placed by the wall for it not to tip over when he jumps on it. This would be very good for smaller dogs.
